The Spine and Movement Center
About
Dr Caroline Humberston, DPT, CSCS, has spent more than twenty years helping people understand why movement breaks down—and how to rebuild it. Working in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy, she saw the same pattern repeat: pain, injury, and limitation caused not by age, but by how the body learned to move over time.
That experience shaped her work. Trained in Movement System Impairments and Schroth Scoliosis and Kyphosis treatment, Caroline focuses on teaching movement in a clear, approachable way that builds awareness, confidence, and long‑term resilience. She is especially passionate about helping non‑movers become movers by reconnecting them with how their bodies are meant to work.
At Spine and Movement Center, Caroline and her team take a whole‑person approach—listening closely, addressing the full movement picture, and partnering with each individual on a personalized movement wellness journey.
Medical and wellness center offering specialized physical therapy, Schroth scoliosis specific physical therapy, movement therapy, orthopedic preventative health, community wellness classes, reflexology therapy and clinical aromatherapy services in a team environment.
