Job Description
Renhill Group is currently looking for caring, compassionate individuals to work one-on-one with special needs students as an Educational Aide on a permanent, full-time basis at Springfield Local Schools in Holland, Ohio for the 2024-2025 school year.
An Educational Aide provides instructional, physical, and social emotional assistance in a caring and nurturing environment to meet the unique needs of students with Individual Education Plans.
No formal experience? No problem. Renhill Group's online training courses designed by current and former school district administrators will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to ensure your success in the classroom.
This position offers a set schedule, Monday – Friday, during school hours.
There may also be substitute positions available if you are looking for a more flexible schedule!

Requirements:
- Minimum of HS diploma/equivalent is required.
- Taking and passing the official Parapro Assessment is required for anyone who does not have an associate's degree or higher.
- Renhill can administer this test at our office!
- BCI/FBI background checks and aide permit required. We'll assist with these, too.
