Job Description

Policy: 

A general description of job responsibilities for Black Car staff is provided to ensure that job tasks, 

equipment and work environment are kept to the highest standard for this luxury service. 

Summary Of Primary Responsibilities: 

Operates Black Car vehicles for the purpose of transporting for executives, parties, and 

other specialized events. 

• Performs customer service through efficient and professional communication with clients and the general public. 

Maintains a clean work environment, clean vehicle, and performs routine vehicle safety 

checks prior to and during operation. 

• Carries out any other duty deemed necessary by company management. 

Maintains client confidentiality and door to door service. 

Summary Of lob Skills and Knowledge: 

• Must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid Driver's License with good driving record. 

• Knowledge of the assigned area, the ability to use G PS, read maps and follow directions. 

• Good communications skills, possess basic common sense, be friendly and compassionate. 

• Dress appropriately with dress shirt, tie, black pants and dress shoes. 

Summary Of Physical Demands: 

• May require prolonged sitting or standing. 

• Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing. 

• Full range of body motion required. 

• May require lifting luggage or other personal belongings into and out of the trunk. 

Summary Of General Working Conditions: 

• Exposure to all weather conditions. 

• Frequent driving, loading and unloading passengers into/out of vehicle. 

• Handling two-way communication via phone. 

• Low stress. 

• Flexible and varying work hours.
