45th Annual Hometown Hero Awards Banquet

Outstanding Citizen – Allison Fiscus

Awarded to an individual who has improved the Maumee community.  The Outstanding Citizen Award recipient has consistently given time and talent to make the community a better place to live.
 
Hometown Hero – Donald McConnaughy 
Awarded to an individual who has longevity in the City of Maumee.  The Hometown Hero recipient has demonstrated significant lifetime contributions to Maumee.
 
River Business Award - First Presbyterian Church
Awarded to a company or organization which has demonstrated exceptional generosity and civic responsibility.  The Maumee River Award recipient provides financial support or leadership in the community.
 
Bridge Youth Mentor Award – L.J. Archambeau
Awarded to an individual, company or organization that has helped foster and develop the youth citizenship of our community through volunteer service.
 
Golden Apple Award – Michele Davidson, Loren Burkey, Pamela Reese
Awarded to recognize a teacher, coach, youth leader or mentor who has gone above and beyond in your school.  The Golden Apple Award is presented to an individual who has shown excellence in education with students in schools, churches, or other community settings.
