Independence Health Employer Services

Independence Health Employer Services (IHES) was started as a joint venture of Wood County Hospital (WCH) and The Toledo Clinic (TTC) with an affiliation agreement with The University of Toledo Medical Center (UTMC). IHES was developed to be a catalyst of change and betterment to the traditional way healthcare is provided and managed. WCH, TTC, & UTMC have been providing healthcare services to Northwest Ohio employers and their communities for nearly a century.
