As a Home Care Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our home care services to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and ensuring our services reach those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
- Conduct in-home assessments and consultations with potential clients to determine their needs and explain our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, doctors, and social workers.
- Attend community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote our services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and referral sources.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong understanding of home care services and the needs of elderly or disabled individuals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
