MAUMEE CITY SCHOOLS Notice of Operational Vacancy POSITION AVAILABLE: Payroll Clerk/Assistant to the Treasurer (12 months, 8 hours a day) INITIAL BUILDING ASSIGNMENT: Administration Building MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum age of 18 years with a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree or higher is preferred. 2. Valid driver’s license. 3. Minimum of two years of successful bookkeeping and Payroll experience preferred. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word; ability to learn and apply district software systems. 5. Ability to work independently, manage frequent interruptions, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. 6. Must be accurate, efficient, and capable of handling detailed work assignments. 7. Strong attendance record and ability to collaborate in a team environment. 8. Successful completion of a criminal background check is required. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Shall be responsible for processing regular and special district payroll operations.
