Attorney Bill Beach has been with RCO Law since 1988 and focuses his practice on employment law and civil litigation. His clients range from Fortune 500 manufacturing companies to local businesses and nonprofit entities. Bill defends employer interests before administrative agencies which have oversight authority over employment issues.  When disputes result in litigation, he protects client interests in state and federal courts. His trial experience provides significant insight for the benefit of employees seeking day-to-day advice and defending against administrative claims.

Attorney Amy Luck practices in areas that include labor and employment law, civil litigation, civil rights litigation, commercial litigation, and municipal law; and her experience spans multiple state and federal courts. In her labor and employment work, she revises employee handbooks, analyzes structural changes in business, conducts internal audits and investigations.
